Bar coding accurately tracks files
A database description of each of your files — and boxes of files — is linked to a bar code for fast location and retrieval. This detailed inventory system can mirror your own filing system and correctly index multiple file types. Bar coding of individual documents allows us to quickly locate and retrieve specific files when you need them and then accurately re-file them later.

Complete disaster protection
Your important documents and backup media files are fully protected and safely stored in our climate-controlled facility. A separate fire suppression system provides complete disaster protection for your CDs, electronic tapes and microfilm. All your valuable files can be stored, or you can employ a daily or weekly rotation plan to ensure the safety of your most critical files.

Secure file shredding and disposal
Once your paper documents have been scanned, indexed and backed up on CD or microfilm, with your authorization we can shred and securely dispose of these files.
